Engraved frontispiece, engraved title-page, map, 13 plates (only, of 18), numerous illustrations including full-page, 13 engraved advertisements including 2 folding. First edition. Small 8vo. Folding table, advertisements. Original blind-tooled red cloth, neatly rebacked preserving original gilt backstrip. Minor foxing to frontispiece and title, pp. 9-12 stuck together, overall internally very good; cloth neatly rebacked preserving original backstrip, some edge-wear with minor bumping.
